well it can go either way ...i mean if u lean u can get away with it , but the deeper the deeper teh better

ya thats enough for a delt....definately...27s are nice, cant really feel them. I wont go lower then 25 now...not sure how i did 22s in the beginning...ouch.

For a pec shot then, is it to short? (i know it depends on your mass and bf)
