it is a pro-hormone like m1t not a steriod and i think it's taken oraly not 100% sure though

Sounds like another new brand of "near-gear" to me. They take the name of a popular drug or two, butcher the name up a bit, apply it to a chemical that does nothing except make money for the maker/seller, and advertise it as a legal steroid or steroid substitute.
