Need help with TEST

whats the least amount of test E i can inject a week while still seeing moderate results? I want to do a light cycle (but long). I was thinking 300 test e per week for 20 weeks. Maybe throwing in some deca but not sure. This would be my third cycle, but because of life circumstances, I feel it would be better for me to do a light one. Any advise would be appreciated.

I would through anything in, just test at 400-500mg a week

20 weeks is a long time. I keep my test runs down to 10 week cycles. My first run was 250mg per week and I got some ok gains. 500mg/week was a better run.

400mg minimum for 10-12 weeks, if you want to run a light cycle.

so how about for a 20 week cycle? how should i run it

That is far too long to run a cycle, with any test u hit it hard and quick. Think anabolic for long periods

some places use deca for long periods of time for birth control, or if they were in some sort of degenerative problem. I have taken it for at least 6 months then just changed to eq. If the blood work says my inards are in order, well thats good for me. Imagine those who eat junk and smoke thier life.

so you are saying you did a deca cycle for 6 months? how were the results how were the sides?

I M 42 and on 1st cycle. Started ~ 450/Wk test. Had to drop to 300/Wk just when i started to see small gains at 2 & 1/2 wks . Started to LOSE strength at 300/wk . 2 & 1/2 wks ago i started 250Mg every 3rd day ( which = 583Mg/wk) plus 40Mg/D of anavar. I M just now starting to see slight gains.
