I Started To See A Lil Gain When I First Started But Then I Started My Offseason Football Workouts Which Includes Alot Of Like Running But Not Long Distances Just Short Sprints Back To Back And Its At The Hottest Part Of The Day And Its In Tx So U Know Its Hot And Im Sweating My As Off Ive Noticed Strength Gains And I Am Waaaaay More Cut Now Which Could Be From The Prop....but Do Yall Think Im Not Gaining Yet Because Im Just Running Nd Sweating Enough To Make There Not Be Much Water Weight At All And Will Strt Gaining Solid Muscle In A Week Or 2...?... Or Do U Think That My Shit Could Be Fake Or Underdosed???
