Morning:
"Brinta" mix from ground wheat with milk, (same as 4 slices of bread)
"Drink breakfast" 1/2L (same as 4 slices of bread)
2 slices of bread
5 cups of coffee
2 cups of chocolate milk
1 glass of multi vitamin (tablet dissolved in water)
1 glass of water
additional: vitamin b complex, Q10, Spirulina, 5mg D-bol, liver protection stuff
Afternoon:
6 to 8 slices of bread (with chocolate paste, peanut butter, cheese, meat, e.g.)
1/2 L milk with 4 spoons of weight gain mix
2 or 3 candy bars
2 cups of thee
2 cups of coffee
2 glasses of water
1 glass of multi vitamin (tablet dissolved in water)
Additional: 5 mg D-bol
Evening:
Dinner with 150 gr. Meat, 250 gr. Vegetables, 150 gr. Potato’s / pasta / rice
¼ l milk with 2 spoons of weight gain mix
1 glass of juice
2 cups of coffee
1 glass of water
2 slices of bread (if I feel like it, mostly I do)
Additional: 5 mg D-bol, Spirulina, Liver protection stuff

This is about it.
Looking at it, it is quite a lot

I take this for years now, without gaining weight. Just keeping me at a stable 58 KG. Once I quit smoking, I gained to 62 KG.
What changed now is that I use D-bol and the Waight gainer.
