    Jin users...

What are the rules on storage with Jin... How long can they be without refrigeration? What temp is suggested? Is freezing a bad idea? I'm in Miami and hurricane season may inconvenience me, when the light goes out it goes out for days or weeks depending on the storm. I would like to take some precautions, also is dry ice an alternative? Tx guys

It's supposed to be good for 1 month in powdered form w/o refrigeration. Store it (powdered or reconstituted) at 2-8 degrees C. Once it's reconstituted I believe they say to use it within 14 days, but it's probably good for more like 28 if your frig is where it's supposed to be. Yes, freezing is a bad idea. No clue on dry ice.

Don't freeze it. Don't know what your investment is but it's probably worth a $2.00 thermometer from rite-aid. Keep it insulated and away from the dry ice. Good luck.-P
