    sleep....how much is enough

    lately, for the past week or so the max i have been getting is 8 hours, last night i only got about six. is this going to harm the rate at which i grow? is this too little sleep? i am on cycle tren and prop

    8 hour's is mine i think 10 is the best and yes you will still grow off 6 no problem i get 7 hour's on a work night

    try to get 8 and maybe a catnap in the daytime if you can swing it.

    when I am on a cycle, I need LOTS of sleep. I can feel it if I don't. Maybe it's because I work harder in the gym, I don't know. But on cycle, if I don't get 8 or 9 hours, I feel like crap the next day.
    When off cycle, I feel fine on only 6 or 7 hours.
    As far as optimal growth, I think the more sleep the better.

    ill try to get 8hrs during the night and maybe a lil 1-2hr nap during the day

    Everyone is diff. I personally need 8 to 9. I know some dudes that get by on 7 no prob. On cycle, SLEEEEEEEEEEEEP

    obviously the more sleep you get the more you will grow.

    Thats like saying if you 280lb your fat.
    I have about 5-6 hours sleep Monday to Friday and about 13 hours Saturday and 12 hours into Sunday. Am i lazy? NO!

    8 hours is my prefrence but one thing that has always helps me is to go to bed early, then I'm able to rise early with no problems. I think thats when we get so tired when we go to bed at 1-2 am and expect to be fully rejuevenated the next day. 15 minute power naps help me when I have time also.

    I say 6 hours is the minuimum you should get. 6 hours will give you the same gains as someone on the same cycle sleeping 7-8 hours. Its not to much to worry about.

    its good from 8 to 10 hours daily dats enough 2 feel fresh

    sleep is good
    bout 8 hours is plenty
    the more u sleep is not better
    maybe u get to rest but it will not make u grow

    i usually just sleep natural. Then you know you get enough.

    Usually thats 7 hours for me. The body will wake you when its ready.

    If you have to work early then time it out and go to bed early so you can still wake up naturally.
