I was talking to my buddy about gear and we were confused about some of the legal details for Canada.....is it legal to have gear on you.?.. but illegal to sell or buy it.?.....or is it just straight up illegal to have it...........if someone coulld give me a little background that would be great, anything I can find seems like its written in code

I believe its illegal to buy or sell, but is legal to posses as long as you have a script. For the most part I don't think the cops will harass you to much if you only have a small amount on you, unless your being a prick to them or they juice to.
