Am looking at taking Clen + winny tabs and EQ to loose some body fat wanna get down to about 10-12% or lower and add some muscle - would this be a good course or not? Please assist
I am currently
5.8" tall
30 years old
18% BF
I have taken juice before - and have been training for about a couple of years on and off
What are realistic targets in terms of losing body fat - with good diet and cardio 3-4 times a week - how much body fat should you be looking at loosing per week
Any assistance would be welcome
