What workouts or routine would you guys suggests in adding more power out of the blocks for the 60 and 100, I have been trying to add more of a drive fase kinda like Gatlin for the first 40m of a fase and i felt good in practice befor i would pop up by 20m mark. i trying break some big pb's this year
60m 6.78 and my 100m times (10.34 outdoor 200m 20.90)
