After my 7 and 8 PM PWO & PPWO meals I like to have another meal around 10 or so and make it Fat and Protein. I like to get a little bit of soy isolate in my diet and was wondering if a soy/whey pancake with flax oil would be ok with some splenda syrup or should I just get the aspartame syrup or just ditch it and eat my chicken and brocolli with oil on it. Thanks for the ear. Oh yeh, this is a mass ganing diet, not cutting.
