Since this is your first cycle mg will be ok, but in the future try 600mg of deca

looks solid... but personally i would run it 12 weeks... if your not prone to gyno i would also would take 10mg of nolva daily through out the cycle instead of 20mg. and 20mg after cycle.

oh yea...i would also shoot the deca and test at the same time in the same syringe.. both 2x a week

I would go 12 weeks but i dont want half a bottle to go to waste.
Also im thinking of buying 80 20 mg nolva tabs and running 10mg while on my cycle and then 20mg after the last shot

they forgot to tell you to stop taking deca one week before the test enanthate and start pct 2 weeks after last test shot. good luck..loox good.

Nice stack, ull enjoy it. I would get some nolva just incase. If this is ur first time then u dont know how prone u are to it. Also more deca would be nice.

if ya wanna keep it cheap..and since its your first..you could do 500mg of test a week and get great results...without the deca, just to save yourself a bill or so.

that all really depends on your diet

I take a multi vitamin and vitamin c every day
what else can i take?
