Great videos though i can't help to ask, why on earth do some of the pros like Big Louie struggle with small weights(look at his bicep curls and dumbell shoulder presses), i mean the guy is 300lbs like 1% bodyfat yet i can lift more them him in some excercises.
my take on it is this: at his age, injuries and joint paint must be a big factor in his training, and, as he is unlikely to be training for as much mass as possible, he only needs to use light(ish) weights to maintain his physique. for example, check the second vid, of the clips from pumping iron, he is using much heavier weights, as he needs to add sizeOriginally Posted by Spyder
