    its test phenylpropionate 100 mg/ml - long ester like cyp, tho some people think otherwise. romainian made - yeah, looks good.

    Depends what dose you want. If you want 300mg, take 300mg worth. If you want 500mg worth, take 500mg. Depends on what else you are taking.

    no need to take it so often, its a long ester. 2x per week is plenty - maybe 300mg then 200mg.
