dude I've got em off ebay before, I dont mean off individuals but from shops that advertise on their, people use them for kinky stuff and all sorts, just make sure it specifies that they are sterile and sealed which I think they all are anyway.

It's completely legal. I even have it send to my APO (Military) address and it gets here with no problem although the word "Syringes" is printed all over the box and on the customs form. They work just fine and are a hell lot cheaper than what you pay for them at other sites mentioned here.
