I'm taking Sus and Deca for my first cycle, into the second week. I have been getting some bad headaches and I've realized that maybe I haven't been eating enough carbs. I am concentrating on getting at least 300g of protein a day, but I don't think that I am getting enough carbs. I caddy at a golf course for most of the day, so that plus training how many carbs do you recommend? How much fat also?? Can the headaches be a result of not taking in enough carbs??
