    yeah thats my arm after the second surgery I'm trying to get a hold of the pics after the 1st all they did was split it open. Yeah definetly a crazy scar i can already tell

    yeah full recovery takes around a year and i have nerve damage so i have to try and get my full movement back

    Compression compartment syndrome is when it swells to musch and cuts off the oxygen and blood supply to your arm causing nerve damage

    Wow, the picture really makes the severity of your injury hit home.

    I hope you have a speedy recovery, do very well in PT, and get back in the gym as soon as you can.

    Although after almost LOSING an arm, I can see how the gym is on the back burner for sure.

    No see thats what sucks so bad is I am itching to get back into the gym and I am getting use back out of my hand pretty quickly but the doctor keeps saying no matter what I need to wait a year so that my skin graftt will hold on good and not just pop off!!
