    Talking Protein Jello

    I'm full of ideas.....

500 g Low fat Cottage Cheese
1 small package of Nutriwhip Light
    1 Box of Light Jello
Strawberries...or any other fruit you like

Whip Nutriwhip, place in blender with cottage cheese. Blend for 1 minute. Place in bowl; add jello powder and fruit...mix and place in fridge....

Sounds good what do you figure the carbs, fat, protein are. Would this be ok for cutting since it is dairy?

I would say not...dairy is not good for cutting....any type of whey will make you look like your retaining water.

As for carbs, fat and pro...I don't know...good question...let me get back to ya!
