    dnp carb up question

    hey bros i have 3 more days to go on dnp. I am wondering when to do my carb up should i wait 4-5 day for it to clear out of my system or just wait 36 hours?

    I have never heard of a carb up, I have heard of people carb deplete before starting a cycle....

    i mean for thyroid levels since they are suppressed on dnp
