*Terror Attack on London, No.2*

Latest I heard was:

- There were 4 bombs. 3 on the tubes and 1 on a bus....again.
- All ruck-sacks....again.
- One bloke was seen running as his "bomb" didnt go off correctly.
- None of the explosives went off only the detonaters.
- Either they were wired up incorrectly
or
- The explosive chemicals were mixed wrong.

There were also reposts of people in trains being covered in white powder. This was said to be due to the explosives being mixed incorrectly.

*Update*
The Bloke seen running from the carriage (above) was described as a black male with a beard.

The Police have also confirmed that the bombs were meant to go off and were meant to cause considerable damage and more importantly death. They were, though, smaller than 2 weeks ago's bombs.

- A cell linked to 7/7 bombings, last week wishing to carry-out more susicde bombings.

- A new Al Qeada cell.

- A copycat terror cell, that doesnt have the capability of carrying out what happened 2 weeks ago.

- Another copycat cell which is just trying to 'disrupt' transport within London and cause chaos.
