is it alright to mix nolva with some kinda juice or even water instead of just shooting it in my mouth from the syringe? also is there a better time to take it say in the morning or at nite? same questions regarding clomid too.

It's fine to mix it with something, what i do is i squirt it in my mouth and quikly gulp some of my shake down.
As for taking it in the morning or at night, i wouldn't know, but i think the half life of nolva is pretty long, so it wouldn't really matter then.
