i am runnin 100mg prop/ed and 50mg tren/ed have nolva and l-dex on hand which one should i take and at what doeses some say either l-dex .5mg ed or 20 mg nolva which one do you think i should go with and are doses right

most people run 10mg/day of nolva during their cycle

i'd simply run the nolva at 10mg/ed

I would run the liquidex at .5mg/ED and have your nolva on hand.
