    Cheat day - Food

    Hi rigth now im cutting today its my cheat day i will post what i ate so you guys tell me if it was a good cheat day or to much :S

    Breakfast :

    1/2 Cup oatmeal with milk ( i use water every day, since today is a cheat day i used milk)

    6 egg whites with mushrooms

    ***1 pita pizza bread
    1/2 cup non fat cottage cheese
    1 can Tuna in water
    1 tomato
    1/2 tbsp olive oil
    seasoning: pepper, garlic

    2nd Meal
    200g chicken breast
    3 tbsp Natural peanut butter

    3rd Meal
    ***Salad
    Roman Lettuce
    Mushrooms
    light cheese
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    Tomatoes
    Broccoli
    fat free mayo
    0 carb 0 fat 0 cal Dressing( Waldens Farm )
    100g Chicken Breast

    4th meal
    Any pro/carb meal any suggestions???


    5th meal: PIZZA!
    Regular pizza :D:D:D:D:D:D
    Dessert


    6th meal: Pro/fat
    50g Whey protein with milk
    1tbsp Flax
