    calorie intake on cycle

    what would you estimate your calorie intake is on a cycle compared to your intake off a cycle? include your body weight if you can.

    5000 on 3000 off at 5'9" 235lbs

    Not at all... my last bulker it almost seemed to go down. My calories are extremely clean when bulking.

    I never count calories on a cycle....just grams of protein and carbs.

    you try to hit like 1.5-2 grams of protein per bodyweight? whats your protein/carb ratio?

    I almost match my 1.5-2/body weight to the dime..I dont do tons of calories, maybe sometimes close to 2000. thats about it. Just like Zapp, I watch mostly my protein intake, and some carbs..

    basically the same thing. isnt it like 7cals per gram of protein and 12 per g of carbs?

    I agree with not counting your calories. Was just giving a rough estimate as to what I take in. Usually it works out to 1.5 g per pound of weight for protein, 1/2 g per pound of weight for carbs and 60 grams of fat per day.
