    he got 4 years for that. the sad thing is, is that he'll get out and do it again. he has over 130 convictions already.

    in canada there are no misdemeaners or felony charges. the criminal code covers all offences. u either get a provincial sentence or a federal sentence based on the seriousness of ur crime.

    most of his convictions were for car thefts and dangerous driving.

    we hung around the same circles as teenagers for a bit. we still have mutual aquaintances. his name was also in the newspaper last year when it happened.

    It's strange and sad how that happens to some guys.

    I had a really good friend, who got into drugs, and just couldn't stop. He was a very intelligent guy, funny to be around and liked by everyone.

    He got into drugs, and went from one drug to another, until he got into cocaine and meth.

    Talked to him the other day, and I barely recognized him.

    It's truly sad.
