I just bought a lot of product (just about every "research Chemical" from AR and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is exact instructions on recommeded dosages and/or at least how many mg's does each squirt of each product equal to, when to take, etc..... without having to run a search on each item and read a thousand post to make my own interpretation. I realize that these instructions can't be given on their website for obvious reasons but there's got to be a better way then this and I am sure there is but I can't find it so I am asking for help.
