There are coaches and trainers supplying players with illegal drugs. Not to mention the Vegas/gambling/Mafia connection. With Jose Canseco, it may not be a coincidence that he may be going to prison soon after around 15 years of solid steroid use, right after he comes out and speaks publicly about steroid use in a book.
Examples of what is happening to these people may be the reason why you hear SO VERY FEW athletes come out and admit that everyone is using something.
