First cycle

Here is my deal I am going to start my first cycle. I have 10ml sus, 10ml Deca 200mg, 100 5mg d-bols and 25 clomids and nolvas. What I was wander was the best dosage. Also I paid $220 for the sus, deca, dbols, and clomid is that a good deal? Any opinions would be appreciated. Thanks

yyou need more deca for sure and i would also get some more sust.

IMO I would run the sust 12 weeks... 500/wk...

1-12 sust 500 mgs per week
1-11 deca 400 mgs per week
1-12 nolva 10 mgs everyday
first cycle = lose the dbol
PCT: 100 mgs of clomid everyday the first week starting 2 weeks after last sust shot.
50 mgs of clomid everyday for the following two weeks= 3 weeks total
