    Question Question

    Okay, I'm on my 6th week of sust 125mg/EOD

    my question is, is it possible to be losing fat, but gaining muscle if eating my maintenance calories and doing cardio 5 times a week/45 mins?

    I've been doing this for 2 weeks now, and my weight seems to be stable @174

    should I drop calories by a couple hundred to ensure fat loss?



    any ideas, let me know

    You MAY be loosing some body fat, but you need to keep eating. What are your goals?

    actually... sorry, didn't specify... I'm currently cutting, I've gained what I wanted to gain
