My nipples are normal size but they appear puffy, when they get cold they return to normal. My problem is when i wear a t-shirt it looks funny. I Just bought 1 bottle of Tamoxifen Citrate from Ar-R for my upcoming cycle. Could i use some of it, and still have enough for my cycle? How much will i need to use approximately

I run nolva @ 10mg ED during my cycle.
I don't run it when not on cycle.

You have mild gyno. Nolvadex is the best prevention of gyno. I think Letro is good too.
