Ive recently converted from bodybuilding to sprinting, and basically ive got to come down in both muscle and fat (currently 6'2--- 215lbs 10% bf)
I started 4 weeks ago and the diet is killing me, i dont have a clue about non-bodybuilding dieting (i.e. sports dieting) What kind of ratio carbs, fats, pro's should i aim for? and how many more cals would i need to keep performance improving but decrease the body fat?
As a bodybuilder i started the diet at 3000calds then came down 100 per week to 2500 and hang there until a plateau occured then change accordingly.
Any help would be greatly appreciated
