If you are looking for a whole grain 100% organic, good carb, good fiber product, see if you can a hold of Ezekiel Bread. No HFCS, 100% whole grains. Equivalent to brown rice/oats.......and pretty good with tuna has a PreW meal.

whats in it is it just 100%whole grain bread does it taste any good. not being an a55 but is this something you can find in america i dont know what country your in.
