Sustanon 250 & Deca Durabolin

I looked through the forum to help avoid adding a redundant post but could not find an exact match so forgive me if I just missed it. I am about to start an 8 week cycle as follows:

1 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 200mg
2 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
3 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
4 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
5 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
6 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
7 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 400mg
8 = Sustanon 250mg & Deca 200mg

I am purposely avoiding some heavier things because it is my first cycle and the list of side effects seems alot heavier. I am 6' 0" and weigh approx. 180lbs. I would ideally like to reach the 205 mark over the next 2 or 3 months.

I am asking for any advise or input that anyone with some experience is willing to share. Thanks in advance.

run that sust at 500mg/wk, run ur deca at 400mg/wk tha entire cycle, and extend ur cycle to AT LEAST 11 weeks ending ur deca at week 10, and delete that web site

edit: if this is your first cycle u dont need to run tha deca

1-11 sust 500mg week shoot eod
1-10 deca 400mg week shoot 2x week
1-10 b-6 200mg day
1-11 nolv 10mg day the 20mg day with pct.

I did not order any Nolvadex when I ordered my Sust & Deca. I will on your advise order it now but will not be able to start taking it till about mid way through the third week. Would you suggest waiting until it arrives before starting my cycle or just start my cycle and start the 10mg a day once it arrives?

thats fine, its not NEEDED but it is better to prevent gyno than treat it, along w/ b-6 for deca

Hopefully my last two questions for today I assume the PCT, which I read started approx 21 days after my last inject, is only about a month long. How long should I take the Nolv once the 21 days has begun at the 20mg dose? Is taking 500mg of the Sust once a week as good or will I get better results from taking it 125mg eod (thus 500mg one week then 450mg the next ect.)? The second question is asked in the hopes of avoiding shots. And for the same reason can I take my 400mg of Deca in one shot once a week or is staggering it through the week that much more effective?

its not 21 days, its tha half life of ur sust, 3 days i beleive, that is when u should start pct

ok the sust works best if shoot eod due to the prop ester. this will help keep the blod levels even. as for the deca you could do 1 shoot a week but once agen the 2x will keep blood levels even. the more you can keep level even the bettre gains and less side you will have.

the nolv with the cycle i run at 10mg day then when you get to pct up to 20mg day right tioll the end of pct. the nolv help get netty test levels back up along with the clomid.

3 days is only fro theprop ester. this does not help you.

ok so 10mb per day for the cycle length then approx 16 days after the last inject up dosage to 20mg for how long?

Can you suggest injection locations. If it is going to be an eod thing than know a few more spots than my arse will be helpful.

and lastly, where can I find ar?

delts tri glutes bi. i dont like shooting any thing with prop in my quads it to pain full.
