Prop Soreness

Guys what do you do to treat the soreness u get from prop or sust, test 400? or whatever you get major soreness from?

i injected in my thigh for the first time and i can barely walk. i injected in my delt, 6 days ago and it still hurts.

what is the best way to treat soreness?

please help.. thanks

Dilute it with some sterile oil or injectable B12, inject as slow as possible, massage the site after injection, or possbily heating your oil before injection.

Your ass should be the least sensitive to such pain!
