The reason why I wouldn't recomend taking 20mcg p/day is because I don't think the effect of 20mcg per day of IGF LR3 would be great. That is why I suggest around 40mcg per day and work your way up till satisfied with the outcome. However, everybody is different, so 20mcg per day may be enough for you, but generally speaking I would say that that dose wouldn't be enough for most.
I have come across people that have ran LR3 for longer than a month, so I am sure running it for a bit longer would do no harm.
