    Question iwant to gain 15 to 20 lbs muscle in 4 weeks.

    i have 10 ampule od sustanon 250 and 500 piles of metandonan how should i use them to gain muscle as much as i can?

    you can NOT put on 15-20 of muscle in 4 weeks! Hell, even if you could put on 15 lbs in 4 weeks most of it would be water weight. Do some research first

    20lbs in 2 weeks with dbol or drol.....Eat lots of salt and simple carbs...McD's will get ya going....Not all muscle but the scale goes up along with your bp.

    On a serious note, roids help you build muscle faster but it's a ongoing process of cycling, hard training and correct diet to make lasting gains. Not water/fat gains along with a little muscle so you can tell your buddies I gained 10lbs in the last week on dbol. Measure your waist as you make faster gains to judge the quality.

    20 lbs, huh? How `bout training for a couple of years. If it could be done in 4 weeks, then 35% of the male population would look like the incredible Hulk (only in different skin colors).

    A friend of mine once gave me a funny request. Here`s the conversation:

    Him: I would like to add about 15 kgs (33 lbs) of muscle before the summer (this was in the spring).
    Me: Well, that`s impossible, even with superb diet and great training.
    Him: What if I use roids?
    Me: Still not possible
    Him: Well, I`ll do as good as I can then, but I can only work out a couple of days a week.
    Me: That`ll make it harder, but you can start right away by eating at least four times a day.
    Him: No, that`s too much work. I`ll just do what I do now, I eat a lunch at work and a big dinner, that`s it (he would consume about 2000 calories a day, 1750 in that one meal). And also, I can`t afford any supplements or eat a lot of eggs and meat like you do for proteins, and I really don`t like the idea of drinking a lot of milk.
    Me: So to conclude, you want to add 15 kgs of muscle in two months without working out, giving a rats ass about your diet or use any supplements to limit the damage that your diet is doing?
    Him: Hmmm....that won`t work, huh?
    Me: Well, what do you think you stupid moron, that I just look at the weights in the gym and get big simply by eating and chanting "grow, grow, grow" while looking at my arms!?
    You should fix your diet up anyways or you`ll die of a malnutrition disease at age 40 regardless of training. You are actually getting starved for 20 hours and are then giving your body more food than it can handle at dinner time thus getting both fat and skinny at the same time. No wonder you have to call in sick 100 days a year.
    Him: Ok, I`ll just forget the whole workout thing then.

    Don't we all? sorry samandar but you have unrealistic goals. 12 weeks on a proper cycle could possibly give you the results you seek, but every aspect must be in order. Diet, Training, Rest and AAS in that order.
