hi everyone
I'm new here and already feeling in terrible shape compared to all the other women.
I just ordered some clen so I'm pretty psyched about that. I've been training hard now for almost 12 weeks (one week-long break in there) with virtually no visual results and barely any fat loss. Needless to say I am frustrated and looking for inspiration.
Also, was wondering how to get access to the female forums?
