clen and l-taurine

hello i need help, i just got my clen a l-taurine, i want to lose a little fat but want help while working out so my ? is i just got the products picture is attached, did i get the real deal and how do i take it. no directions. the l-taurine says 2 500mg pills a day, the clen is a oral spray, so please help me out guys. picture below

however, if you're just asking about AR's clen dosages (I was confused about this initially, too), one pump=20mcgs.

there from lion nutrion, so i do one pump into my mouth once a day, with food or without. should i take the l-t pilss with it or not a when it says to pills a day. thanks and thanks for the link for help guys

You'll eventually work up to 7 squirts squirts a day or 120mcgs for optimal results. It dosen't requite the presence of food, usually a water chaser to rinse it all down. The taurine is 1 tablet (500mgs) ED, and when dosen't matter at all. I usually take it in the morning with my vitamins and first 4 squirts fo Clen.

That taurine dosage is awful low IMO i take 4-5grams per day usually 2 in am with first dose of clen then 2 in afternoon with second dose of clen and also use potassium tablets 200mg -1000mg per day as needed........... Drink tons of water!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Clen cycle has cramping, 500 L-t ED knocked it out, I might even skip tomorrow just to check my levels.

To each their own but usual recommendation is 4-5 grams per day

glad you dont have to pop as many pills as most!!!!!!
