what kind of cycle are u doin? remember pushups, situps, pullups, and dips can do wonders.
t400 ten week cycle........1ml a week
IMO just because you are not working out dont mean you shouldnt continue. you will need to keep your levels constsant
just keep going in order to keep ur levels stable. you can always get sometime of workout in for that week. like i said above dont forget the old school stuff and u will be fine.Originally Posted by hemidog66

Rest is good. Don't sweat it, just keep your calories up.
I just got back from Vegas. I haven't worked out since last Wed at my gym. I did different forms of push ups in my hotel room. I found doing push ups with your feet elevated on a chair works good with standard push ups. I'm pretty sure my work out will be great tomorrow, I'm not worried.Originally Posted by PRAMANIS

okay it seems likek a waste though.... goin like an entire week on test and not being able to use it for what its for
It is important to keep your levels up, you don't want to start getting into losing what youve injected losing its half-life.The potency tapers off as your body metabolizes the gear,if you let it drop you will be pretty much push back your results and won't get the most out of the magic juice.

When my gym is closed or I'm on vacation I do elevated reverse dips with weight in my lap(favorite tricep exercise) and pushups with weight on my back(back pack, or anything that will stay), or take a wood pole and tie a rope to it with weight attached at the bottom and hold your arms straight out and twist the weight up and down. That all assuming you dont have one plate or dumbell.
