    Need an alternative to Whey

    Whey is giving me the shiits, so im not absorbing enough nutrients. Anyone have experience with alternative protein suppliments? Suggestions?

    Micellular Casein might be a good idea, bit mor expensive though, maybe Egg Protein.

    Casein is a slow digesting protien so that might be a good idea for bed time as well as those long hours at the plant. IMO you should try to stay away from soy though...I have read it can inhibit the development or production of some growth whoremoans. lol

    Also are you lactose intolerant? This could be an issue. I fso you would need a Whey with added digestive enzymes or stick with pure Whey Protein Isolate.

    im not lactose intolerant, i just was taking in too much whey, and my body was starting to reject it.

    You should use egg protein, here in Brazil it´s called Albumin. Well, I prefer using whey...

    Try another brand. Drink it with water. Split the dose in half. Drink with meals.
    How much are you drinking in a day? I guess if I drink 8 shakes a day with less solid food I might have this problem. I'm drinking 4 shakes(2 scoops) with 200ml water and 2(2 scoops) with 300ml of fat free milk a day and 5 solid meals..No issues here.

    im taking a break from it... ill go back to it after 1 month, and i do mix it with water. i will try it with meals.
