Just wanted some opinions on how lifters are deloading and resting as a meet approaches... I peak at my heaviest around 3-4 weeks out and deload from there taking the final week off... thanks in advance for all opinions!

i hit about 90%- 955 at week 10 for 1-3 sets of singles on all core lifts. the next wk i do about 50%-60% for a few sets of triples, the following wk, i do nothing but get ready for war mentaly
