what are your symptoms? Personally I'd get checked out by a doc before you start self medicating. You might not even need to use any antibiotics because you may not even have anything.

Zithromax is gonna be the only that will really help you. It's an antibiotic commonly used to treat a lot of bacterial invasions, including some STDs.
As far as interactions, as long as you're not taking an orals you should be ok. However, Zithromax has caused liver damage in a minute number of people. Luckliy, most Z-Packs come in 3 or 6 day dosage forms. I'd lay off the AAS for 2 weeks if you decide to take it.
You may also become sensitive to sunlight, so no tanning. Other than that, you might get a case of mud butt or develope a rash. All of which are symptoms of most antibiotics.
By the way, Lamisil is an anti-fungal. She didn't give you jock itch did she?
