    Congrats...broo..In all honesty Im proud to be a member of AR, nobody and no book could have teached me this much about steroids. There are plenty reasons AR is superior to any other method of learning in this subjct and just 1 of them is first hand experiences from brothers of the board willing to share/learn and help others avoid mistakes.

    Ill be here for a long time...

    ditto...learned more here in a month then 2 years worth of subscrbitions to muscular development, and mens health lol..great board
