i would do 1 before the gym 1 after and 1 before bed.
Its better to get your protien from food, but if food is not always available drink the hell out of them.
At bed time is good? I am so hungry at night time I really want to take one before bed its ok if I have just before bed or maybe 1 hr>> BEFORE
This is an open ended question that is not possible to answer accurately when no one knows your entire nutritional protocol.

If this is the nutritional information of the ensure you are using then it only has 6 grams of fat, which isn't too bad. Unless you have issues with milk, using milk instead of Ensure still gives you the creamy taste and the carbs and is probably cheaper, too.Originally Posted by tawweiliu

I drink many whey protein shakes each and every day, but I still aim to get the bulk of my protein from real food. I get in at least 300 grams of protein every day.

I'm getting the impression that you need to study up more on diet. That should have been done long before starting up on the juice.
But 1 Ensure/day....that isn't a big deal at all. You need calories to grow. I'm not a fan of simple sugars except for those in the PWO shake, but it isn't that big'a deal.
25 mg 3 times a day plus ensure.
About my diet it’s a long story and you would not understand. But let me say this I can’t eat veggies and don’t ask way!

I cant eat raw veggies, I am highly allergic to them, but if I steam them I can. Its very interesting, in the process of steaming something changes where I am no longer allergic. I have become allergic to whey as well. now I cant simply drink large quanities, I need to drink slowly. I have acid reflux etc as well. Milk is a problem, but I am not lactose intolerate digesting milk. Very interesting stuff![]()

wake up, PWO, and prior to bed works for me. 25g/shake dosen't sound like much, but that's dependant on things pertaining to your goals, weight, etc. don't substitute protein shakes for real food.
I eat lots.....plus 5 shakes a day with 48 grams/serving. IMO, the more protein, the better. But just have to always make sure the diet is in full check first. If it is, then drink away.....
