Have had similar problem in the past with them(not ar-r but another supp co.) not being able to get my billing addy info to match what the system thinks it is. Usually a phone call by them to the card issuer can resolve this.
I've seen like 10 or more threads about credit card issues w/that location.

It is not the merchant that declines the CC but the CC provider itself. Lots of SNAFU's can cause this. I had one particular CC declined 3 times in two days for no good reason. After the third time, I asked to speak to a supervisor (I had spoken to a customer rep 2 previous times), got her name, explained the problem, and told her there were a lot of providers to choose from and if this card was declined one more time I would stop using it. Problem never occured again.
