there was a thread on here yesterday or a couple of days ago about making your own celltech. i think it said, some monohydrate, dextrose, and glutamine. he had a link for the recipe.

Yeah im using kool aid instead of Dextrose
but im also gonna put in Cellucor's R3 for more anti-catabolic properties
