    meal replaceing on off days

For my off days i need to replace my pre and post workout meals to normal meals. Should I make one of them protein/carb and the other Protein/fat?

That'd depend on if you're cutting or bulking...and what time said meal is.

What time do you normally workout?

    what i mean...i.e.

If you normally work out in the a.m. your PWO meal would be breakfast.

So on non-training days you'd still have a pro/carb meal at that time.

Whereas.. if you normally workout on evenings..as most people do... you'd replace the PWO (pro/carb) with a pro/fat meal on non-training days.

The exception to this rule would be if you're bulking as opposed to cutting.

I am bulking right now and I train in the afternoon so I would change my Pre to pro/fat and the post to......pro/carb?
