new cycle with sust

i've made some revisions to my cycle. instead of enan i plan to use sust @ 500mg/week. is this a good choice for a first cycle??
here is the complete cycle:

40mg D-BOL/day 1-4 weeks
500mg sust/week 1-12 weeks
10mg nolvadex/day 1-12 weeks

i then plan to take some clomid to help with post cycle test level recovery.

how does this look to you guys?

I'm planning on doing the same cycle, but im not sure whether i'll need to take hcg before the clomid and nolva? What do you think?

you probably wont need the hcg. If you want I would take the HCG after your sust shot and follow it by pct..you can do it during cycle as well

Akwall, if you can, ditch the sust and get a single ester like E or cyp, if not you will have to shoot at least EOD. But since this stuff isn't at walmart, you get what you can get. For the HCG, a 12 week cycle should supress the hell out of you, but shouldn't be long enough to allow atrophy to set in. Have it on hand, after your last shot of Test in the weeks between then and pct if your boys look shrunken or tight and smallish then use the hcg either 500 IU eod or 250 iu ed.
