I have been off the juice for about 2 years now. I was a former college player so my workout ethic is good and i have great muscle memory. I have missed over a year of working out in the gym and I have recently gotten back in the gym. I am going on 1 month. I am not sore after workouts now and have good stamina. When will I be ready to juice. How do I need to start out..

Must of which is QV...If there is something else I need that would be better I can get. Thanks for any advice.
