    Hey Guys, took some pics this AM, not that bad i'd say for being in the smak middle of the holidays (plus my gf is a home ec teacher lol).... just wanted some feedback... current goal is to be @ 7-8% by spring.

    current stats, 260-261, 6'4" BF%-?13%?

    To go from 13% to 8% can be done in a 14 week cycle.You would need a perfect diet with a good cycle,can be done but not easy.

    lookin pretty damn big dude but wrong forum. The only thing the doesnt look as big compared to the rest is your lats and traps but hard to tell without back pics

    Before even reading your post I took a look at your pics and guessed around 13%. As Goose stated, that BF drop can occur easily within 14 weeks. I dropped 4% in 12 weeks this past summer while maintaining LBM.
